Steph was amazing! My eldest daughter is autistic and would struggle to go to an opticians, so Steph came out to us. Before she came she sent a photo and a video so my daughter would know who to expect, and asked if it’d be better if she came in normal clothes rather than her uniform. And then she was brilliant, taking it slowly, letting my daughter lead and even taught her some sign language, which she loved! I'd definitely recommend Freedom Eyecare, Thanks again Steph!
